Steps to Address Grievances

- This will direct you to the P-TAL Help Center
- Fill in all the required details along with your message
- Please mention your name, date of order, order ID and concisely explain the issue you’re facing.
- Submit Your Query:
- Submit your query or complaint for resolution by pressing send.
Escalation Process
If your query or complaint is not resolved and needs to be escalated, as per applicable laws, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address such issues.
