Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At P•TAL, each product is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packed before dispatch. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if something is not right, we are here to help.


1. Order Cancellation & Modification Requests

While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

2. Damaged Product on Delivery

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us within **48 hours of delivery** by sharing:

* Your order details

* Clear images of the product and packaging

* An **unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened**

The unboxing video is **mandatory** for us to review and process any claim related to:

* Damaged products

* Broken items

* Missing items

* Transit-related issues

Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. Important Conditions

* The damaged product must be **unused**

* The product must be retained in its original packaging until the claim is resolved

* Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted


4. Missing Item in Shipment
In case any item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:

* Your order number

* Images of the received package

* An **unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened**

The unboxing video is **mandatory** to validate and process claims related to missing items or incomplete shipments.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


5. Returns for Non-Damaged Products
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept return requests within **7 days from the date of delivery**.

To be eligible for a return:

* The product must be unused and in its original condition

* The product must be returned with original packaging

* The item should not show signs of use, washing, or physical damage caused after delivery

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, we will issue a **credit note equivalent to the order value**.

6. Credit Note Policy

* The credit note will be valid for **1 year** from the date of issue

* It can be redeemed on any future purchase made on P•TAL

* Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash


Exchange Policy

1. We currently support exchanges only in cases of:

* Damaged products

* Incorrect products shipped

* Missing items validated after review

For all eligible cases, our support team will guide you through the process after reviewing the submitted details.


2. Conveyance, Pickup & Handling Charges

For approved return, damage, or exchange requests:

* No postage or handling charges are payable by the customer

* No conveyance fees are payable by the customer

* No additional return processing fees are chargeable to the customer

Our team will coordinate the reverse pickup or resolution process wherever applicable.


3. Orders Placed Through Other E-commerce Platforms

For products purchased through third-party platforms such as:

* Amazon

* Instamart

* Blinkit

* Myntra

* Other online marketplaces

The applicable return, refund, replacement, and cancellation policies will be governed by the respective platform’s policies.

All related concerns and claims must be raised directly through the respective platform’s customer support or order portal.


4. Refunds
At present, eligible approved returns for non-damaged products are processed as a **store credit note only**.
