CARE AND USE

For everyday care:

Wash with mild soap and a soft sponge. The naturally non-stick Malaysian tin lining (kalai) makes cleaning brass and copper cookware easier and gentler than other metals.
Avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool

To maintain the shine:

Use our de-oxidising cleaning solution or a natural homemade scrub (atta + salt + lemon)
Dry thoroughly after each wash to prevent watermarks

Note: The tin lining (kalai) is a traditional method that may fade with time. A re-kalai can restore its surface and continue its long life.
