This set pairs a generous flat-base kadhai with a compact copper frypan, giving you two distinct levels of control. The kadhai is suited to complete dishes that need depth, stirring room and a lid. The frypan is better for quicker preparations where fast heat response matters. Both are protected by food-safe tin linings, making them suitable for a broad range of everyday ingredients, including acidic foods.
