WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

A dosa and a roti ask different things of a cooking surface. This bundle respects that difference. The dosa tawa is tin-lined, creating a smooth, food-safe surface suited to batter-based preparations. The roti tawa is made from unlined brass, giving flatbreads direct contact with a seasoned metal surface. Together, they let you move between crisp dosas, soft rotis, parathas, cheelas, pancakes and crepes without forcing one tawa to do every job.
