WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT

This duo is designed for the meals that move quickly from one pan to the next. The brass roti tawa gives flatbreads a broad, evenly heated surface, while the copper frypan responds quickly to changes in heat for sautéing, pan-frying and breakfast cooking. The two metals behave differently, and that is precisely what makes the pairing useful: brass holds steady heat, while copper gives you responsive control for faster preparations.
