Brass kadhai heavy hai, but isi wajah se heat evenly distribute hoti hai. Khana jalta nahi aur taste bilkul ghar jaisa, ekdum traditional lagta hai. Transparent lid se cooking check karna super easy ho jata hai, which I really like. Cleaning thoda effort leta hai, but results are totally worth it!
