Milk is a staple in every Indian household. But did you know that to stay robust, ancient Indians boiled milk only in the brass vessels? Drinking milk boiled in Brass provides additional nutrients and increases the boiled milk's shelf life.

P-TAL brings you the Brass Patila/ Milk Topia to acquire the most nutritional value. Beautifully handcrafted, golden on the outside and silver on the inside, the Brass Patila/ Milk Topia will be the most valuable addition to your cookware!

Moreover, due to its versatility, the Patila is not limited in its usage. It is a perfect piece for cooking biryani and other dishes as well. The multiple uses make the Brass Patila an indispensable tool in the kitchen, making it capable of creating a vast variety of dishes.

Why should you buy it?

  • Convenient usage-The product comes with a lid and holders, making it extremely easy to carry.

  • Non-Stick-Tin-coated Brass is naturally Non-stick in nature, preventing food from sticking to the surface and making cooking and cleaning easier. Moreover, due to the non-stick nature of the utensil, the requirement for oil or fat is less, promoting healthier cooking.

  • Heat Conductivity- Brass is a great conductor of heat, which helps distribute heat across the surface, resulting in lesser gas consumption. Moreover, It reduces the risk of hot spots leading to unevenly cooked food.

  • Nutrient Retention- Brass helps retain the natural nutrients in food, thus ensuring the retention of essential vitamins, minerals, and many other nutrients.

  • Tin Coating- Tin coating helps prevent acidic foods from reacting to the metal surface, thus increasing its non-stick properties and making it more durable while ensuring safety when cooking different food products.

  • Non-Toxic-Brass is non-toxic, making it safe for cooking and storage. Unlike Teflon-coated products, brass does not leach harmful chemicals into food.

  • Aesthetic Appeal-With a meticulously hammered finish, a beautiful golden look on the outside (handcrafted in pure Brass) and a tin-coated and silver finish on the inside, along with the traditional shimmer of authentic Brass, the Brass Patila not only enhances the overall kitchen aesthetic but also adds a touch of cultural appeal to your dining experience as a whole.

hacks to shine

Maintain the shine

P-TAL utensils can be cleaned just like your other utensils. For bringing back the shine, follow the steps mentioned below:

01

Wash the utensil with only water to begin with.

02

Apply some Pitambari powder and scrub on all parts of the wet vessel.

03

If you don’t have Pitambari, use a mixture of 1 bowl of wheat flour (atta), 1 spoon of salt and 2-3 spoons of vinegar.

04

Rinse off the Pitambari or your home-made paste with water and wipe off any excess moisture.

your vessel will now shine like it’s brand new!
And voila!, your vessel will now shine like it’s brand new!
