The Brass Starter Kitchen brings together the pieces most often reached for in daily cooking. The 1.5L round base brass kadhai is shaped for stirring, tossing, simmering, and preparing smaller portions. The 1L brass patila handles everyday boiling and reheating tasks. The brass roti tawa gives you a broad cooking surface for rotis and other flatbreads, while the four-piece ladle set supports everything from stirring and scooping to straining and serving.
The set is compact enough for a new kitchen yet complete enough to become part of a regular cooking routine. Every piece has a clear function, and each is made from pure brass using traditional metalworking techniques.
