This set brings together the pieces required for some of the most repeated kitchen tasks. The 1L brass patila is a compact vessel for boiling milk, preparing tea, simmering dals, reheating food, and cooking smaller portions. Its food-safe tin lining prevents ingredients from coming into direct contact with brass. The roti tawa provides a steady, evenly heated surface for rotis, chapatis, parathas, and other flatbreads. The four-piece brass ladle set completes the system with tools for stirring, lifting, straining, scooping, and serving.
